How long does it take for orders to arrive?
Processing orders can take 24-hr 72hrs prior to dispatching. Majority of our items are sent via courier (DPD Local), which aim to deliver within 1-2 working days. Items sent by recorded delivery via Royal Mail typically take 2-4 working days from dispatch (N.B. this is when the parcel leaves our premises and not the day the order is placed), however during busiest times, this can sometimes take a little longer. International orders, please allow an additional 2 working days. We always try to make sure we have all items in stock but sometimes supplies will be unavailable. In the event of your order being unavailable we will contact you to issue you a full refund or if you’d prefer let you know when it is back in stock.
Working days are classed as Monday – Friday, excluding any public and/or bank holidays.
What happens if I’m out when the parcel is delivered?
If you’re not in, or don’t answer the door when the courier arrives, and you have not instructed to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, the courier will pop a card through your letter box and let you know that they’ve attempted delivery. You will be sent a text, you can always re-arrange the delivery or to opt to ‘leave in a safe place’ Please note that you will have to sign the couriers disclaimer that we would not be held liable for potential theft of items.
Please note, our couriers can only make three attempts at delivering a parcel before returning the parcel to us.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event something in your order is damaged, please contact us by email or by phone soon as you signed for your parcel to inform of any damage.
Please Note: We will require either photographic evidence or a collection/return of the damaged goods before a refund/exchange can be given and the packaging must be retained until further notice.
LOSS OF GOODS
Please note if you opt for LEAVE IN A SAFE PLACE’ you will have to accept the terms of the disclaimer by the courier. If the parcel cannot be located in your safe place, then we will raise the issue with the courier. If no goods still cannot be located, then we will approach the courier to investigate. If they accept liability, then we can then put a claim in for the missing goods. We CANNOT send out more goods until the couriers admit liability.
If you have purchased an item that does not suit your needs. Please send item back to us. We would recommend to send back with tracking. Soon as item is received back in the condition you have received it in, we will then issue a refund. Items must be returned within 14 days of order date. Please note purchaser pays returns postage.
As with any competing sport, please check rules & regulations in regards to ingredients, please make sure they are suitable under competition rules. Greyhound Superstore cannot be held liable for mis-use of products
