Heal It is an external rub for sore muscles and joints using naturally sourced comfrey cream.

For centuries comfrey has been used to treat bruising and swelling of muscles and joints. Our unique formula reduces inflammation of the soft tissue by increasing blood flow to the area. This in turn reduces swelling and increases healing time.

Spread evenly over the effected area. Do not apply onto broken skin or wounds.

One tub is 250mls. As long as the cream is kept in a cool dry place and out of direct sunlight it has a shelf life of two years.
